Steps to Jailbreak Apple Device 4.2.1 with Greenpoison with iBooks problem fixed.
1. Download Greenpoison RC6 for your Computer [Mac – Windows-Linux]
2. Unzip the downloaded file on your desktop and launch the application
3. Connect your Apple Device to your computer.
4. Turn it off .
5. Click on Jailbreak button on the Greenpoison.
6. Greenposion app will now show on-screen instruction to put your device in DFU Mode
7. You will now be prompted to press and hold the sleep button for 3 seconds
8. After 3 seconds, continue holding the sleep button and press the Home button for the next 10 seconds .
9. Now release the sleep button after 10 seconds have passed, keep holding the Home button for next 15 seconds before your device goes into DFU Mode and the jailbreak process will begin automatically .
10. After the Greenposion tool has completed the jailbreaking process, close it and wait for the Loader Icon on your device. (it may take a while sometimes, so do not worry)
11. Tap on the Loader Icon and install Cydia .
12. Your device will reboot automatically and your new jailbroken Apple device will be ready to be used.

Si, en realidad cualquier apple device que este actualizado a la version 4.2.1 desde iTunes puede tener ya la version untethered del jailbreak.

Es bueno recalcar de la misma forma que debes hacer una copia de seguridad con itunes.
